In my youth I was fortunate enough to study fine art in a variety of media with a host of great teachers; Sister Corita; (silk screens) Sueo Sarasota; (oil paintings), David Schnabel; (figure drawings), and the list goes on... I created my first mosaic at the age of sixteen and have come back full circle to mosaics as my medium of choice. I primarily use art glass for my work because of it's rich colors and unique textures. Although I am well known for my koi mosaics, I love the challenge of creating original pieces of art for my clients in a variety of subjects.

Do you not think you should ask permission before you rip off the art web site of my friend Judith Scallon? If you are making money on this blog by selling ads, that is illegal. I will be getting back to you. Polly Fukuhara
